365 Kids is a high energy ministry in a fun atmosphere geared to teach your kids how to love God and his Word while having a blast!
Our children’s pastor, Jason Potter, has been in children’s ministry for over twelve years and has built an exciting and successful ministry here at MercyGate church.
Nursery (Ages newborn – 3 yrs)
We want you to have the best, distraction-free experience, so we have arranged for a nursery to take care of your little ones while you are in service. To ensure your child’s safety, all nursery workers are CPR certified and have cleared an extensive background check. Each child is given an identification number when they sign in. If the nursery workers need you for some reason, your number will come up on a little box near the music screen.
365 Kids (Ages 4 & 5 yrs)
365 teaches pre-schoolers that they are children of The King and they have a heavenly father that loves them. The subject of their lessons are age appropriate and will teach your kids the Word of God on a level they can comprehend. A variety of object lessons and games are used to stimulate learning along with adding some fun.
Kids (Ages 6-11 yrs)
Your kids will love our ministry! There are puppets, music, skits, illustrated lessons and games. At MercyGate Church we believe that a successful Christian life starts when you are a child, so it’s never too early to start learning God’s promises. The Bible says to “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” – Proverbs 22:6. We teach children the Word of God so when they face trials in life, they can lean on scripture.
